Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase.

If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can not provide a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We will only accept returns that are complete with the packing list provided by WOOX or with the order number written on the outside of the box.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where refunds are declined:
• Goods with obvious signs of use
• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days.

Not all sale items are eligible for return. Please note the terms of the sale at the time of purchase.

In the event sale items are eligible, the sale price (price paid at checkout) will be refunded. 

We do not offer an exchange policy.

WOOX Warranty

Product is warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for two years. Buyer should retain the original sales receipt as record of date of purchase. This warranty does not cover tools, sharpening stones, bottom metal, picatinny rail, rail panel, stock spacers or recoil pad. and/or other accessories. In the event of a defect under this warranty, WOOX will, at its option, repair or replace the product; provided, however, its inspection indicates that an original defect exists. WOOX reserves the right to replace any product which is no longer available with a product of comparable value and function. If WOOX determines the repair is not covered under the warranty guidelines, there could be a charge to you for the repair.

Limited Warranty lasts for two (2) years, starting from the date of purchase.

WOOX offers 100 Years of Service on products purchased directly from WOOX or through a WOOX retailer. This service includes:

• 100 Years of free blade sharpening
• 100 Years of free chassis maintenance
• 100 Years of free technical consultation and assistance
