Four generations of the Minelli family have been working walnut and premium materials since 1937 in Bergamo. That knowledge carries forward in every 1911 grip we make: material selection, finish longevity, and engineering components that actually hold.
Our grips come in two materials. Claro Grade American Walnut for shooters who value one-of-a-kind character. Micarta for shooters who demand durability without compromise. Both are hand-finished by our craftsmen and built to last a lifetime.

WOOX 1911 grips are designed for full-size 1911 pistols and clones with standard grip screw bushings—Colt, Kimber, Springfield Armory, Sig Sauer, Ruger, Remington, Browning, Taurus, Rock Island, and other mil-spec variants. Ambidextrous profile fits right and left-hand shooters. Magazine release cut-out compatible. Compatible with ambidextrous safeties. Drop-in fit, no modification required.If your 1911 accepts standard aftermarket grips, WOOX grips will fit.

Every WOOX stock is one of one—cut from American walnut whose grain, figure, and density can’t be replicated. We don’t mold, we select—then shape and finish each piece by hand, the same way our family has worked since 1937.
That choice sets a hard limit: out of every harvest, only a small fraction meets our standard for figure, density, and structural integrity—roughly 1 in 25 blanks. From there, each piece is individually selected and hand-finished by our craftsmen.
