WHERE WE SHIP

From wooxstore.com we ship only to addresses within the United States and Canada. For international sales, please contact your local dealer.

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIMEĀ 

  • All orders are processed within 13-15 business days (M-F)
  • Orders are neither processed, shipped nor delivered on weekends or U.S. holidays.Ā 
  • Instances of delay, such as those occurring due to high-volume orders, will result in notification to the customer.

OFFICE HOURS

Orders received after 2:00 p.m. EST are processed on the next business day. The WOOX office is closed for U.S. holidays:

  • New Year's Eve
  • New Year's Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving
  • Day after Thanksgiving
  • Christmas Eve
  • Christmas Day

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATESĀ 

  • A fixed cost of $7 for shipping will be added to your total during checkout.Ā  For orders over $100 we will ship for free.

SHIPMENT TO P.O. BOXES AND APO/FPO ADDRESSESĀ 

  • We currently do not offer shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKINGĀ 

  • A Shipment Confirmation email with tracking number(s) will be sent upon order shipment
  • Tracking number will become active within 24 hours of email receipt.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXESĀ 

  • We do not assume responsibility for any applied customs or taxes.Ā 
  • All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the customer.

DAMAGESĀ 

  • We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.Ā 
  • Orders received in damaged condition can be made known to the shipment carrier.Ā 
  • Save all packaging materials and damaged goods prior to filing a claim with the shipment carrier.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICYĀ 

  • We currently do not offer international shipping.

DUTIES AND TAXESĀ 

  • Customers are responsible for paying all duties, taxes, and other fees that are levied once your package reaches the country of destination.

PACKAGE REFUSALĀ 
If your package cannot be delivered, is unclaimed, or is refused, you are responsible for the following:Ā 

  • Original and return shipping costsĀ 
  • Duties, taxes, and other customs charges that are incurred on the package for both the original and return shipmentsĀ 
  • The amount of these charges will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.Ā 

RETURNS POLICYĀ 

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the purchase day. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we canā€™t offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We will only accept returns that are complete with the packing list provided byĀ WooxĀ or with the order number written on the outside of the box.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where refunds areĀ denied:

  • Goods with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
