From wooxstore.com, we ship only to addresses within the United States.

For orders to Canada, please contact our partner Anarchy Outdoors:

For international sales, please order through one of our international dealers.

If you can’t find a dealer near you, we encourage you to ask your favorite outdoor shop to become a WOOX dealer!

 

PROCESSING TIME 

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday), provided the items are in stock.
  • For out-of-stock items, an estimated ship date is listed on the product page.
  • Adding an engraving service extends the overall shipping time of your product by an additional two to four (2-4) weeks. 
  • Orders are neither processed, shipped nor delivered on weekends or U.S. holidays. 
  • Instances of delay, such as those occurring due to high-volume orders, will result in notification to the customer.

 

OFFICE HOURS

Orders received after 2:00 p.m. EST are processed on the next business day. The WOOX office is closed for U.S. holidays:

  • New Year's Eve
  • New Year's Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving
  • Day after Thanksgiving
  • Christmas Eve
  • Christmas Day

 

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES 

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight and size of your package. They’ll be added to your total during checkout.

 

SHIPMENT TO P.O. BOXES AND APO/FPO ADDRESSES 

  • We ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses using USPS. Transit time might be longer.

 

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING 

  • A Shipment Confirmation email with tracking number(s) will be sent upon order shipment
  • Tracking number will become active within 24 hours of email receipt.

 

DAMAGES 

  • We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. 
  • Orders received in damaged condition can be made known to the shipment carrier. 
  • Save all packaging materials and damaged goods prior to filing a claim with the shipment carrier.

 

PACKAGE REFUSAL

If your package cannot be delivered, is unclaimed, or is refused, you are responsible for the following: 

  • Original and return shipping costs 
  • Duties, taxes, and other customs charges that are incurred on the package for both the original and return shipments 
  • The amount of these charges will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
