Since 1937, from a small workshop in Bergamo to our bench in Hickory, one belief has endured: what we build, we stand behind. Four generations of craftsmen have carried that standard forward—hands that know walnut in every season, how it lives, moves, and endures in the field.
You have 30 days to change your mind, no friction. After that, The Craftsman’s Stand takes over: if it fails under normal use, we make it right; if you break it, we’re still there—restoring it to the way it was meant to be.
01 - If it isn't right, we’ll replace it.
Our confidence in every piece that leaves this workshop is absolute - if it doesn’t meet our standard, it doesn’t leave. If your WOOX arrives with a defect in the wood, a fit that falls short, or workmanship that doesn't hold - we replace it.
02 – If you change your mind, return it.
A build evolves. A caliber changes. We understand. Return your piece within 30 days of purchase in like-new condition for a full refund or exchange. No questions asked.
03 - If Your Blade Needs Restoring
A season-tested axe. A knife that’s dressed more elk than you can count. Send it to us. We’ll resharpen and refurbish every WOOX blade to working edge - because a tool that can’t perform has no place in the field.
04 - If You Have Questions, Our Workshop Is Here for You
Before you buy: Questions about compatibility, fit, or how to spec a stock for the way you shoot? Our gunsmiths will give you an honest answer-even if it means steering you elsewhere.
After the build: Tolerances, hardware, or chassis concerns after seasons of use? Bring them to us. We’ll assess what’s needed and carry out any necessary work, returning your piece to peak performance while preserving the character it has gained over the years.

Our workshop team will work with you to find the right solution. If it fails under normal use or develops structural issues, we’ll repair or replace it.
If you damage the product, we can still assist with new components and our repair and replacement service for an additional fee. You’re part of the WOOX community, and we intend to keep it that way.

05 - The Living Nature of Wood
It responds to the oils of your hand, to sun on the range, to cold mornings in the blind, to years of contact with the person who carries it. With the right care - regular oiling, proper storage, and attention as the seasons change - walnut can outlast the people who own it. This is what wood does when it is properly tended: it grows in character and endures.
How long your WOOX piece lasts depends on how it’s treated. We’ll always tell you that honestly, because we want it to outlast you. We want it to be the piece that’s passed on to the next generation, marked by your seasons, carrying your story, ready to begin collecting theirs. A worn stock has earned care and attention, that is where our craftsmen step in. Back in the same workshop where new pieces are thoughtfully assembled, finished, and oiled, your WOOX piece receives the care it deserves.
