Since 1937, from a small workshop in Bergamo to our bench in Hickory, one belief has endured: what we build, we stand behind. Four generations of craftsmen have carried that standard forward—hands that know walnut in every season, how it lives, moves, and endures in the field.

You have 30 days to change your mind, no friction. After that, The Craftsman’s Stand takes over: if it fails under normal use, we make it right; if you break it, we’re still there—restoring it to the way it was meant to be.

01 - If it isn't right, we’ll replace it.

Our confidence in every piece that leaves this workshop is absolute. If it doesn't meet our standard, it doesn't leave. If your WOOX arrives with a defect in the wood, a fit that falls short, or workmanship that doesn't hold, we replace it.

And if you break it — misuse, modification, an accident in the field — we're still here. Our workshop team will assess what's needed and carry out the repair. There's a service fee for damage outside of normal use, but you're part of the WOOX community, and we intend to keep it that way.

02 - If you change your mind, return it.

A build evolves. A caliber changes. Return your piece within 30 days in like new condition. Full refund or exchange, no questions asked.

03 - If Your Blade Needs Restoring 

A season-tested axe. A knife that's dressed more elk than you can count. Send it to us. We'll assess the edge geometry, restore the bevel to factory spec, and return it ready for the next season. Because a tool that can't perform has no place in the field — and we built it to perform.

The process typically takes 2–3 weeks, depending on condition and workload. What comes back to you isn’t just sharper, it’s reset to perform the way it was built to. Because a tool that can't perform has no place in the field — and we built ours to earn its place every time you carry it.

Before you buy: Questions about compatibility, fit, or how to spec a stock for the way you shoot? Our gunsmiths will give you an honest answer-even if it means steering you elsewhere.

After the build: Tolerances, hardware, or chassis concerns after seasons of use? Bring them to us. We’ll assess what’s needed and carry out any necessary work, returning your piece to peak performance while preserving the character it has gained over the years.
