The Precision 3 lug bolt action features a 60* bolt throw and a standard Remington 700 footprint. Crafted from a single piece of 416 stainless steel, the receiver boasts durability. The bolt is coated with a DLC (diamond-like coating) for enhanced performance. It comes in BDL/AI setups, complete with a 20 MOA 1913 accessory rail screwed and pinned on, and a double-pinned recoil lug. Other features include a side bolt release, rollerball-tipped cocking piece for reduced drag, and a Greg Tannel fire control system.

Over the past few years, this rifle has successfully harvested deer at distances up to 450 yards and also hit steel targets at 1760 yards (1 mile). On my first attempt to shoot a 1-mile target, I loaded up 10 rounds of Hornady 140gr ELD-X Match ammo and was successful on just my second shot. I was dumbfounded. This custom rifle’s accuracy and consistency inspires so much confidence words cannot describe how much of a pleasure it is to shoot. Plus, in between hunting and range outings, I simply enjoy looking at it every day!
